In a communiqu\u00e9 released on Wednesday, the forum hailed the governor\u2019s move as a \u201cwelcome development,\u201d<\/em> emphasizing that Governor Kefas decision to join the APC demonstrates his unwavering dedication to the growth and prosperity of Taraba State.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe welcome His Excellency\u2019s decision to join the APC as a step that will enhance progress and development in our great state. The governor\u2019s leadership and experience will be invaluable assets to our party,\u201d the statement read.<\/em><\/p>\n

Jointly signed by its chairman, Ibrahim Waziri, and its secretary, Sani Tulu, the forum called on Governor Kefas to join the APC unconditionally, urging him to do so without preconditions that could undermine the party\u2019s principles or values.<\/p>\n

It assured him of full support and collaboration from party members to advance the growth and development of the state.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe wish to assure the governor that he will be received with open arms and given the necessary support to contribute meaningfully to the APC\u2019s mission of building a better Taraba State,\u201d the communiqu\u00e9 continued.<\/em><\/p>\n

The group further appealed to APC members across Taraba to welcome governor Kefas and his supporters warmly, emphasizing unity and cooperation as key to achieving a stronger, more prosperous state.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Taraba State Unity, Progressive and Reconciliation Forum reiterates its readiness to work with the governor and the APC leadership to pursue shared goals and objectives. We are confident that this development will usher in a new era of progress and development in Taraba State,\u201d the forum said.<\/em><\/p>\n
