Cristiano Ronaldo may soon be trading football boots for fast cars and big screen action as Hollywood actor and producer Vin Diesel has confirmed that a role has been written specially for the football star in the next Fast and Furious movie, sparking excitement among both sports and film fans.
On his official Instagram, the actor posted a picture of himself with Ronaldo, suggesting that the Portuguese player might be involved in the last phase of the Fast and Furious series. Fans began picturing Ronaldo in fast-paced chases and spectacular action sequences as soon as the image went viral. Despite the lack of an official casting announcement, social media is already dominated by the buzz.

After meeting Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia, Vin Diesel announced the news on Instagram. Diesel complimented the football star as “a real one” and posted a picture of them together, saying that a role had been developed for him.
Fans noticed the language right away, especially because Diesel later changed the caption. Many now anticipate that the role is meant for Fast and Furious 11, the planned conclusion to the main saga.

While it hasn’t been formally announced that the Ronaldo star will appear in the new Fast and Furious 11 movie, Diesel recently said that Paul Walker’s character Brian O’Conner may pop up in the film.

Additionally, he revealed at Fuel Fest in June, that the movie will be released in April 2027, a release time he agreed upon with Universal Studios “under three conditions.”
