Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has opened up about her biggest red flags in a potential partner.
Speaking in a recent interview with Complex, the “Love Me Jeje” star said she could never date a man who is unfriendly or lacks curiosity.
She explained that a relationship loses its meaning when a partner isn’t warm, friendly, and genuinely curious about the person they’re with.
“My dating terms are someone who is not trying to be your friend is a red flag. Anybody that isn’t curious about you is also a red flag. Because what are we doing? Why are we here if you don’t want to know me?
“If he or she doesn’t want to know more about you, end the relationship,” she said.
She said she is a “lover girl” but trying to be careful due to past experiences.
She added that she is more focused on self-love currently.
