Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle has named his starting eleven players to face Zimbabwe in the 2026 World Cup qualifying match at Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.
The match is scheduled to be held on Tuesday evening, with Nigerians hopeful of victory against the warriors of Zimbabwe.
Chelle named an unchanged starting eleven from the team that scaled with a 2-0 victory against the Amavubi of Rwanda on March 21.
Defenders: Ola Aina, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Calvin Bassey, and captain William Troost-Ekong.
Midfielders: Wilfred Ndidi and Alex Iwobi
Forwards: Victor Osimhen, Moses Simon, Ademola Lookman, and Samuel Chukwueze.

In the last match, Victor Osimhen scored a brace to help the Super Eagles pull a comfortable 2-0 win against Rwanda. Ademola Lookman was also superb in the match by providing an assist to Osimhen that led to the first goal in the 11th minute in the first half.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria are hoping to triumph over the Zimbabwean team to hit nine points and increase their chances of getting the 2026 World Cup ticket.
