The hospitality division of Transnational Corporation Plc (Transcorp Group), Transcorp Hotels Plc, reported a record N97.04 billion in revenue for the 2025 fiscal year.
With a market valuation of N1.75 trillion, the company saw a 38% increase in revenue over the same period in 2024 and a 50% increase in gross profit.
Highlights of the company’s statistics show that sales rose 38% year over year on Friday, from N70.13 billion (FY 2024) to N97.04 billion (FY 2025).
The outcome also showed that strong demand for accommodation reservations, conferences, food and beverage services, and other auxiliary items drove performance.

Additional highlights revealed that, thanks to higher volumes, efficient cost control, and improved operations, the gross profit margin grew to 77% from 71% in FY 2024.
Additionally, the company’s profit before taxes jumped by 45% to N32.82 billion from N22.61 billion in FY 2024, while operational profit increased by 35% to N35.24 billion from N26.03 billion in FY 2024.
Profit After Tax increased from N14.90 billion in FY 2024 to N21.85 billion, a 47% increase.
Profit After Tax rose by 47 per cent to N21.85 billion from N14.90 billion in FY 2024.
The outcome also revealed that earnings per share increased from N1.46 in FY 2024 to N2.14.

Total Equity: N95.23 billion, an 18 per cent increase from N80.52 billion in FY 2024, driven by strong operational performance and continued. commitment to reinvesting to enhance shareholder value, while maintaining the policy of rewarding our valued shareholders through regular dividend distributions.
