Trump Issues Fresh Warning, Says “Iran Facing Last Chance Before Decapitation”

Despite Tehran’s denials, US President Donald Trump stated on Monday that negotiations with Iran are still ongoing, warning that Iran is facing last chance before decapitation.”

Trump told reporters at the White House that he decided to resume discussions with Iran at the request of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and other allies.

Iran’s foreign ministry denied on Monday that conversations with Washington were underway, but Trump insisted otherwise, stating, “We are talking right now.”

“This is a last chance for them to sign a good document,” the US president added. “I want to give them every last chance before decapitation.”

The negotiations are largely centred on reopening the Strait of Hormuz—which Trump said might happen “literally by tomorrow”—and Iran’s denuclearization, which he noted could “take a little while.”

The unnamed vessel reported a strike, and officials are investigating the incident, according to UKMTO, which did not provide details regarding damage or casualties.

Following the strikes, Trump publicly threatened to hit Iran “very hard” if Tehran refused to back down.

In a subsequent statement, Trump announced that the United States and Israel had agreed to pause further strikes, adding that the “parameters” of a possible deal with Iran were beginning to emerge.

The latest statement about “Iran facing last chance before decapitation” suggests that Washington is now combining military pressure with a renewed effort to force Tehran into negotiations,
