The United States has sent Iran a 15-point plan to end the war, according to two regional sources and a U.S. official, even as President Trump approves the deployment of more U.S. troops to the region.
The US-Israeli bombing assault on Iran on February 28 sparked a conflict that quickly spread throughout the whole region, driving up oil prices and posing a threat to the world economy.
Despite Tehran’s denial that any talks were taking place, US President Donald Trump has frequently stated that there has been movement in recent days with Iran.

However, two senior officials in Islamabad told AFP that American ideas to end the violence had been “conveyed to Iran” through Pakistani intermediaries, suggesting that the nascent diplomatic efforts were picking up steam.
Given its extensive links in the region and its lengthy ties to both neighbouring Iran and the United States, Pakistan is being hailed as a potential mediator.

Targets in Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia were all under fire, yet the military activity continued unabated.
Meanwhile, Iran’s military warned of “powerful strikes” when the “hostile fleet” approaches, claiming that its cruise missiles fired at the USS Abraham Lincoln carrier group “forced it to change its position.”

Israel, US ally, have also claimed to attacked targets in Tehran and a submarine development center in the central city of Isfahan.
From the Iranian capital, 40-year-old Shayan told AFP: “There is gasoline, water and electricity. But there is a sense of helplessness in all of us. We don’t know what to do, and there’s really nothing we can do.”
