Umar Sani has insisted that the internal crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party has been conclusively resolved by the Supreme Court.
Speaking during an interview on Arise Television’s ‘Morning Show’ on Thursday, Umar Sani explained that the apex court’s ruling would produce a Certified True Copy of the judgment, which would then be presented to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
According to him, INEC would be compelled to comply with the Supreme Court’s decision once the certified document is officially submitted.
He dismissed claims surrounding issues such as party bank accounts, describing them as distractions aimed at creating the impression that the PDP is still divided.
Umar Sani maintained that the Supreme Court’s judgment has permanently settled all disputes within the party, stressing that there is no longer any crisis in the PDP.
