Job Opening: Operations Manager
Company: Online Foodstuff Store Ltd
Location: Kubwa, Abuja
Salary: ₦300,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire supply chain process, including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
Supervise day-to-day operational activities across all company branches.
Monitor and coordinate branch stock levels to ensure adequate inventory and reduce wastage.
Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
Work closely with the Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve delivery speed, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports and data insights for management decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in operations and supply chain management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or logistics.
Proven ability to manage multi-branch operations and lead diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
