Role Overview
XL Homes is seeking a driven Market / Business Growth Manager to support sales growth, lead generation, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and content teams to design effective campaigns, strengthen customer engagement, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
•Plan and execute marketing and sales growth strategies
•Drive lead generation through campaigns, partnerships, and personal selling
•Develop compelling offers and value propositions for property sales
•Collaborate with content and media teams to support campaigns
•Support community engagement across digital platforms
•Identify new business opportunities and client segments
•2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience
•Strong understanding of sales campaigns and personal selling strategies
•Ability to create compelling offers and customer value propositions
•Experience collaborating with content teams
•Familiarity with community management across digital platforms
Compensation
•Competitive base salary
•5% commission / quarterly bonus based on achieved targets
