Afrobeats legend Innocent Idibia, also known as 2Baba, and his new wife and lawmaker, Natasha Osawaru, got into a public altercation at a live Facebook session hosted by media personality Daddy Freeze on Monday night, causing a minor commotion.
Shortly after 2Baba joined the live stream, the unexpected altercation took place.
The singer appeared to be in a furious discussion with Natasha in the background. “Shut the f** up, you need to shut the f*** up,” he said in a strained voice.

Natasha, a member of Edo State House of Assembly, fired back almost immediately, her voice audible off-camera, saying: “Is that Daddy Freeze’s? Innocent, bring that phone — let him see us together.”
With the live session quickly turning into confusion, the show host Daddy Freeze stepped in, addressing thousands of shocked viewers, “Guys, calm down. Let’s hope there will be stability so that we will know what is going on.”
Following the drama, Daddy Freeze ended the live shortly after.
The dramatic scene came hours after footage leaked online, showing 2Baba being restrained by the police following a public argument with Natasha at a shopping centre in the United Kingdom.
In the viral clip, Natasha was heard swearing at the musician, who was momentarily jailed after the altercation.
Although Daddy Freeze started the live session to explain the earlier confrontation at the mall, things got more heated throughout the live performance.

Neither 2Baba nor Natasha have released an official statement on the incidents as of the time this report was filed.
Recall that 2Baba married Hon. Natasha Osawaru, who represents the Egor Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly, in a private traditional ceremony held on July 25, 2025, just months after publicly announcing his separation from his ex-wife of nearly 12 years, Annie Macaulay. The new couple also allegedly welcomed a new baby together last month.
