MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing maintenance efforts across the factory. Creates maintenance plans and manages the maintenance teams’s activities for the upkeep of the factory plants, equipments and general company assets. Resolves problems as they arise whether directly or by assembling teams to solve those issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering: Electrical and Electronics
· Experienced with HMI systems, Drives, PLCs and Sensors
· Strong knowledge of Automation Systems
· Preventive Maintenance Program
· Problem Solving Ability
· Manpower Management
· Previous Leadership Experience
· Knowledge of Air compressors, Gas engines, water treatments, etc.,
· Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial maintenance roles with 2 years in a management/supervisory roles.
