    Overview:

    Pathways for Community Development and Empowerment Initiative (PCDEI) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering women and girls through education, health, economic empowerment, and leadership programs.

    We are hiring a Finance Assistant to support our finance department in managing daily operations, ensuring accurate financial documentation, supporting project compliance, and assisting with logistics and administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Maintain accurate records and verify financial transactions
    * Use accounting software (e.g., Insight) to process and track data
    * Prepare financial reports and assist in donor compliance
    * Collaborate with project and program staff to ensure smooth operations
    * Support planning of trainings, events, and logistics

    Requirements:

    * B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
    * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    * Familiarity with accounting software
    * ACA, ACCA, or CPA is an added advantage

    Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field; minimum 5 years’ NGO experience focused on women and children; strong report and grant writing skills; excellent communication and partnership-building abilities.
