Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, buildings, and roads.
Schedule and execute servicing, emergency repairs, and equipment overhauls.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure procurement compliance.
Maintain engineering documentation and plant inventory systems.
Monitor engineering budgets.
Uphold safety and engineering standards.
Build and lead a high-performing team.
Qualifications & Experience:
B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years’ manufacturing experience (3 in a supervisory role).Strong engineering/project management and leadership skills.
Proficient in CAD, technical reporting, and continuous improvement practices.
Skills:
Technical and safety expertise.
Proficiency in IT, documentation, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making.
Effective communication and people management.
Leadership, time management, and execution skills.
