    There has been confirmed confusion in the APC camp as Abdullahi Ganduje, it’s National Chairman has just resigned.

    The specifics of his resignation are still unknown as of Friday at the time of publication.

    However, an inside source who spoke on the condition of anonymity confirmed the information to news correspondent that “Yes, Ganduje has resigned, and most of his personal belongings have been moved from the APC national secretariat.”

    “The National Working Committee will soon confirm this and announce an acting replacement,” the source added.

    Attempts to contact Felix Morka, the APC National Publicity Secretary, for confirmation or denial were futile as he was unresponsive.

    Meanwhile, a former media aide to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad took to his X handle to share that, “The National Chairman of our great party, the All Progressives Congress(APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has resigned from his position, effective immediately, as confirmed by multiple sources.

    “The former National Chairman of our party would be succeeded in acting capacity by one of the party’s national vice chairmen until a substantive chairman is elected at the national convention scheduled for December 2025.”
