Omah Didia Stanley, Afrobeats sensation Stanley popularly known as Omah Lay, has confidently declared himself the greatest artist of his generation.
Omah Didia acknowledged that he may not have the evidence to back the claim just yet, but assured fans that the proof will come in due time.
Omah Didia wrote on his X handle: “Hi guys! My name is Omah Lay and I am the greatest of my generation. I don’t have proofs right now but there will be a lot in the future.
“Thanks. Yours truly, Boy Alone.”
This isn’t the first time Omah Lay has openly expressed confidence in his musical journey.
Last year, the Afrobeats star affirmed that he was destined to become one of the leading voices of the new generation of Afrobeats artists.
In an interview with The Beat FM, London, Omah Lay claimed that he had created a “new sound” which he hopes to popularise.
