Titled, “Discussing Trade Matters,” it wrote, ” The Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mr. Olayemi Cardoso, welcomed the Director General of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, on a working visit to the CBN Head Office, Abuja, on Thursday, August 14, 2025.
“Joining the discussions were the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, and Nigeria’s Ambassador to the WTO, Amb. (Dr.) Adamu Abdulhamid.”
Trade-related matters and Nigeria’s involvement in international markets were the main topics of the private discussion.
