Veteran Nollywood actress Patience Umeh has revealed that her colleague, Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha, consistently turns down kissing and romantic roles in movies.

She made this statement during a recent episode of the Where Is The Lie podcast.
She attributed Chioma’s rejection of romantic roles to her Catholic upbringing.
“Chioma Chukwuka was brought up in a very Catholic home. She doesn’t accept kissing or romantic roles in movies. I’m saying this out of experience. She was a legionary. She has been a good girl,” Umeh remarked.
However, contrary to her claims, Chioma Chukwuka has played romantic roles in a number of Nollywood films, most recently in Seven Doors, where she kissed her co-star, Femi Adebayo.
