According to the family acquaintance, Somtochukwu Maduagwu made a desperate action as a result of the terror brought on by the attack’s confusion and noise. She suffered serious injuries when she leaped through the window in an attempt to get out before the burglars arrived at her flat.

Sadly, the police arrived just after she had hit the ground. She reportedly pleaded with them to take her to the hospital right away since she was in pain, but they allegedly said their patrol car was out of petrol. She died before alternative assistance could get to her.
