Salary Range: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Support Officer to join our Services team. This role involves providing prompt and professional support to customers, managing service desk tickets, resolving service-related issues in line with SLAs, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service issues
– Log, track, and resolve service desk tickets within agreed SLAs
– Liaise with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution
– Maintain accurate documentation and service records
– Support service improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in customer service, service desk, or technical support
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Basic understanding of IT systems and service desk tools
– Customer-focused, organized, and able to work under pressure
– ITIL knowledge is an advantage
