Job Summary
The Universal Teller is responsible for delivering efficient and accurate front-line banking services to customers.
This role involves handling cash and non-cash transactions, providing basic customer support, and ensuring compliance with the bank’s operational policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments accurately and promptly.
– Handle cash management duties, including balancing cash drawers and resolving discrepancies.
– Provide information on bank products and services to customers.
– Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking solutions or relationship officers.
– Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal control policies.
– Maintain proper documentation and transaction records.
– Deliver excellent customer service and resolve basic customer complaints.
– Support branch operations and contribute to a positive customer experience.
