Requirements
•A recent graduate with a strong interest in People, HR, Culture, or Organisational Development.
•Curious and eager to learn across multiple People & Culture disciplines.
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
•Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
•Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and openness to feedback.
•Creative thinker interested in improving how people experience work.
•Basic proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools is a plus but not required.
•You bring positive energy, are comfortable with change and can effectively manage your workload.
•Finally, you are an out-of-the-box thinker and think of new ways to disrupt the status quo.
