A chieftain of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, Adewole Adebayo, has revealed how the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, will either win or lose the 2027 general elections.
Speaking on Channels Television’s “Hard Copy” program on Sunday, Adebayo stated that if the election is a politicians’ election, the APC will win; but, if it is a people’s election, it will lose.
He was speaking on the forthcoming general elections in 2027.
He asserts that all incumbents, including President Bola Tinubu and the All Progress Congress, are defeatable.
In the upcoming election, he was confident that Tinubu and the All Progressive Congress will be defeated by the SDP.
The former SDP presidential candidate said, “If it is a politicians’ election, the APC is going to win. But if it’s a people’s election, they will lose, and we, the SDP are going to win.
“President Tinubu is beatable. APC is beatable. All the incumbents are beatable. We will surely send them packing in 2027. The APC is only successful with the political class.
“Now it is a challenge to the people to now raise a new political class, and that job is not easy to do, but it is a necessary job to do, because we are going to replace them with a new set of leadership.”
