Neo Akpofure, a former housemate of Big Brother Naija, is currently dealing with rape accusations that were posted on X, the original name for Twitter.
The claim comes after a young TikToker named Mirabel recently came forward to report that she had been sexually raped at home.
These claims have surfaced following viral video of a young lady who was raped in her home by a man she had rejected.
Mirabel described the traumatic incident in detail on her social media page, saying it happened at her home on February 15.
She claimed on Tuesday that while they were at the University of Calabar, Neo Akpofure had sexually assaulted her. Additionally, she urged the reality star to publicly refute the charge.
The woman went on to explain the physical aspects of the said meeting and why she was unable to resist. She said her hands were kept down and her hair was pinned back during the battle.
In her words: “@NeoAkpofure is also a rapist. He raped me in Unical, he should come out and deny it. We were casual sex buddies with the clause that he wasnt in a relationship. I found out he was and went to his apartment to confront him. So he raped me. Neo, come and say you didn’t do it
“They want victims to be quiet so we don’t spoil their perfectly formed opinions of people who can do no wrong. Evil is Alive and well with you people propping it up.”
Multiple names mentioned in viral thread
Neo Akpofure wasn’t the only one mentioned in the lengthy string of posts. A second rapist was also mentioned by the woman as Emmanuel Ante, popularly known as Dante. She alleged that after Dante had previously pledged to respect her boundaries, he exploited her while she was sleeping.
