Popular Nigerian streamer Carter Efe has expressed frustration over the delayed payment of his N50 million prize following a recent celebrity boxing match.
Carter Efe secured victory over singer Portable in the bout held on Friday, earning the top prize.
Following the match, Portable questioned the outcome, alleging that the judges’ decision was influenced by organizers in order to avoid paying out the massive N23 billion reportedly staked by fans who bet on his win.
Reacting in a video shared on social media, Carter Efe called out the event organizers over the delay in releasing his winnings.
“Dem never give me my money. I never see the N50 million. I nearly die for that fight, and I still haven’t been paid. Make dem pay me my N50 million,” he said.
