Job Title: Head Nurse (Nephrology)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead and oversee nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient service delivery, and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage nursing staff and daily center activities.
- Ensure quality patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor clinical procedures and compliance standards.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Oversee hygiene, stock control, and administrative processes.
- Support staff training, development, and performance management.
- Maintain effective communication with management and clinical teams.
Requirements
- B.NSc. with valid RN license.
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience (dialysis/specialty preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards.
