Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, the national chairman of the Peoples Redemption Party, has stated that he will do all within his power to prevent President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in the 2027.

Baba-Ahmed, a former Special Advisor on Political Matters to Tinubu, made this statement on Sunday during a Channels TV interview, responding to allegations that he works for the President after serving in his administration.”

He further underlined that he did not work for Tinubu, but rather in his administration.

He said, “The people also said we are working for Tinubu, can you believe this. People say things like if you are not in this particular party, you must be working for Tinubu because you are only to split the vote. I worked in Tinubu’s administration, I am not working for him.

“I will work to get Tinubu out of place (Presidential seat) because I think he is bad news for Nigerian’s future.”
