Job Vacancy : Admin & Ticketing Officer
Location: Abuja
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Admin & Ticketing Officer with solid travel industry experience. The ideal candidate must be proactive, able to multitask, and capable of combining ticketing/reservations with general office administration to support the smooth running of the Abuja branch.

Requirements
✔ Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in ticketing, reservations, or travel operations
✔ Strong experience with GDS tools (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)
✔ Ability to handle both travel operations and administrative duties
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Proactive, fast, and able to work with minimal supervision
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Sales-oriented mindset and ability to support business growth
✔ Ability to meet assigned weekly and monthly sales targets
✔ Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a small but high-performing office.

Responsibilities
* Handle bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, fare quotes, and itinerary changes
* Use GDS systems confidently for all travel-related tasks
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
* Support the Branch Manager with sales activities, follow-ups, and reporting
* Drive sales activities and contribute to meeting the branch’s weekly and monthly sales targets
* Oversee daily office administration, supplies, petty cash, and vendor coordination
* Ensure the smooth operation of the Abuja office through proactive support
* Prepare and submit operational and administrative reports.
