Assad Flees To Moscow As US Jets Strike ISIS Strongholds
Syria president Bashar al Assad and his family are in Moscow, according to state media, having fled from his country as opposition forces captured the capital of Damascus after a shock offensive that started less than two weeks ago.
The syria’s civil defence force the deployed five specilaist teams to Sednaya prison, to investigate any underground cells, which the believe are reportly holding detainees.

The civil defence force, known as the White Helmets, said two teams had begun their “mission” to free people hidden in the prison complex’s lower layers. Other teams are expected to join, but they are currently delayed by “challenging security conditions” and traffic congestion. The teams which consist of rescue units, wall- breaching specialist iron door opening crews and trained dogs unit, and medical staffs.
“These teams are well trained and equipped to manage such complex operations.”
