First Bank’s MD, Adesola Adeduntan, resigns.
Adesola Adeduntan, the managing director of First Bank of Nigeria Limited, has resigned after nine years in the position. He initially joined the bank in 2014 as chief financial officer and executive director. Adeduntan’s resignation comes amidst the cancellation of an extraordinary general meeting scheduled by FBN Holdings. His career spans various roles in finance, banking, and auditing, including positions at the Africa Finance Corporation and KPMG. Adeduntan holds a degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from Cranfield University, UK.
