The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, has yet again raised the pump price of premium motor spirit across its retail outlets.
According to reports, it was learnt that NNPC retail locations in Abuja have raised the price of their petrol pumps from N890 to N955 per litre.

Retail locations of NNPCL along the Kubwa Motorway, Wuse, and other areas of Abuja have also effected this price change.
This indicates an N65 increase in the price at the petrol pump. This significant raise is anticipated to affect general living and commuters across the affected areas.

This follows the weekend rise in gas pump rates in Abuja by independent petroleum product marketers and filling station operators to between N950 and N971 per litre. They made this decision after Dangote Refinery raised the ex-depot price of gasoline from N820 to N858 per litre.
