Videos circulating online show Okoye assisting Cardi B to her seat before handing her a fan to help her stay cool. In another clip, the two were spotted chatting on a balcony, with the Grammy-winning rapper smiling throughout their conversation.
The viral moments have prompted fans to speculate that the pair may be romantically involved.
The development comes nearly five months after Cardi B reportedly ended her relationship with American football player Stefon Diggs. She confirmed their breakup in February 2026 following allegations that he had been unfaithful.
