During a Twitch livestream, Carter Efe—who recently shifted his allegiance from Wizkid FC to Davido’s 30BG after a DMW feature in his stream—reiterated his admiration for Davido.
In the clip that has drawn significant attention online, Carter Efe stated that, in his view, his biological father’s life would be tied to Davido’s success at the 2026 Grammy Awards for Best African Music Performance.
It was an unfortunate day for Davido, Burna Boy, Ayra Starr, Wizkid, and Omah Lay as South Africa’s Tyler wins the Best African Music performance at the 68th Grammy Awards, making it her second Grammy Award.
