Several Nigerian celebrities have taken to social media to mock street-pop artiste Portable following his loss in a highly anticipated celebrity boxing match with Carter Efe.
The bout, which took place in Lagos on Friday night after weeks of online exchanges and hype, saw streamer Carter Efe emerge victorious.
Reacting to the outcome, a number of public figures—including Cute Abiola, Ubi Franklin, Zlatan Ibile, and music video director TG Omori—flooded the internet with humorous and mocking posts.
Sharing a clip from the fight, TG Omori joked on X, “Them blow Portable, Portable turn 360, Carter Efe burst laugh I don die.”
Zlatan also weighed in, writing, “Portable ke, person wey don drink Lacoco. Carter Efe, your N10 million is waiting for you in cash.”
Meanwhile, Cute Abiola recreated the moment in a comedy skit, portraying Portable angrily confronting his spiritualist over the defeat t Carter Efe, while Ubi Franklin simply reacted by posting the match video with laughing emojis.
