Killer Grieves at Burial of Women He Raped & Murdered
Detectives have arrested the prime suspect in the brutal murder of two young women, Rosemary Njeri Ndekei, 22, and Hellen Wambui, 20, in Kenya.
Both victims had been r3ped, k!lled very recently in Ngorongo village, Gituamba Ward, Gatundu North Constituency, Kiambu County.
When Samuel Kamau, who is said to be the neighbor of the two victims, was arrested on the Wednesday of April 16 at Dry Area, Ngorongo, he was intending to get back home but is currently in police custody.
He also shockingly admitted the crimes but went on to add that he had witnessed both girls’ funerals and even helped dig their graves.
Kamau killed the first victim, stole the mobile phone and started using it. Detectives tracked him down through the phone’s IMEI.
He then dumped the second victim’s phone into a pit latrine, and local youths assisted police in retrieving it earlier today.
The suspect has confessed to both raping and killing the two girls but has shown no signs of remorse.
He is now in the course of being processed and is expected in court soon.
It was reported that Wambui, who is described as a God-fearing, introverted girl, was sent by her mother to an MPESA shop at around 5 PM on 30th March 2025 to withdraw some money for their dinner, but she never returned home.

For two agonizing days, her family searched for her, only to receive the devastating news on Tuesday evening that her body was discovered just meters from their home.
Njeri was found d3ad in a coffee plantation, her body having been doused in acid after being seen off in another town by her boyfriend, John Ndung’u Mwihaki, who said he was taking her to visit a friend.
