Crude Oil Costs Disrupt NNPC’s Dangote Petrol Plans.

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) faces challenges in securing a reliable crude oil supply and determining pricing as it becomes the sole off-taker of petrol from Dangote Petroleum Refinery. Dangote aims to supply 25-30 million liters of petrol daily, but crude supply issues and pricing in naira remain unresolved. The refinery has struggled to source sufficient crude, and tensions with international oil companies (IOCs) persist. If NNPC or local dealers do not purchase the petrol, Dangote plans to export it instead.
