A 15-year-old Nigerian boy identified as Victor Jonah Febuins was ecstatic after he checked his 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination(UTME) results.
The boy, who was reported to be a student of Deeper Life High School in Jalingo, Taraba state, made an outstanding performance, scoring an aggregate of 339.
Victor’s brother, Miracle Febuins, brought his perfomance to the to the attention of the public as he shared the young boy’s dream.

Miracle wrote, “Let’s celebrate this young 15-year-old boy from Sardauna LGA of Taraba state who scored an aggregate score of 339 in the just concluded JAMB. Let’s support him and sponsor him to become the biomedical engineer he wishes to become.”
In an interview with Legit.ng, Victor shared his dream course and provided a breakdown of his 2025 UTME results.

Being a science student, the Deeper Life High School student signed up for the UTME in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. With an overall score of 339, he made 73 in English, 98 in Physics, 89 in Chemistry, and 79 in Biology.
Victor stated that he choose the Engineering as his first choice and Medicine as a second choice. He added that he was passionate about both engineering and medicine hence his decision.

He said, “I applied for biomedical engineering at the University of Ilorin as first choice and medicine and surgery at Gombe State University as second choice. I have a passion for engineering as well as medicine, so to combine the two, I chose the desired course.”
Following the exam’s retake, JAMB published a statistical analysis indicating that the 2025 UTME scores were the best to date.
