Popular stand-up comedian and filmmaker Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY has defied the notion that fame and spotlight declines with age.
In an Instagram post, Ayo Makun, who has worked in the entertainment sector for more than ten years, claimed to be active and relevant today.

He humorously credited his continued success in a recent Instagram post to having forgotten the “memo” regarding age-related deterioration.
Instead, he triumphantly declared, “StillRelevant AYNoDeyRetire,” attributing his ongoing relevance to divine favour.
“They said the spotlight dims with age… I guess I forgot the memo. Call it grace.
StillRelevant AYNoDeyRetire”, he wrote.
This is coming months after the comedian’s wife, Mabel Makun celebrated her Company’s Anniversary, stating that God made her strong enough not to break down.
Elaborating further, she opened up that she built her brand from scratch and now understands the value of growth.
