Gospel artist Ebuka Emmanuel Hillary, widely known as Ebuka Songs, finds himself in hot water after a pastor in Cyprus, Pastor Ese, accused him of breaching their agreement.

The singer, famous for his spiritual hits, is being called out for failing to honor his commitment after receiving payment for a crusade performance.

The drama came to light when Nollywood producer Stanley Ontop took to social media, amplifying Pastor Ese’s claims.

According to Stanley, Ebuka was paid months ago to perform at the crusade but never showed up. Worse, the singer has reportedly refused to return the money.

Stanley didn’t mince words in his public address. He warned Ebuka to refund the pastor’s money immediately or risk further embarrassment.

Backing his claims, Stanley hinted at solid evidence of the transaction and shared his frustration, writing:
“Dear @ebukasongs, refund the Cyprus pastor you collected money from.

How many months now? This is a criminal offense. How can you preach what you don’t practice? Please do the needful by tomorrow morning or you won’t like what I’ll post.”

The producer even tagged Moses Bliss, a gospel musician and Ebuka’s former label boss, asking him to intervene.

However, many fans pointed out that Ebuka left Moses Bliss’s label long ago, questioning why Moses was dragged into the matter.

The controversy has sparked diverse reactions online. While some urged Stanley to address the issue privately before taking it public, others sympathized with Pastor Ese, expressing hope that Ebuka would refund the money.
