Nollywood actress Jemima Osunde has spoken out against women who feel entitled to their partners’ money and believe they should only date or marry wealthy men.
She described this mindset as unrealistic, particularly given the current economic climate.
Jemima Osunde questioned why some women choose to fantasize about marrying into wealth rather than focusing on building their own financial independence.
Jemima Osunde pointed out that there simply aren’t enough billionaires to go around for every woman to become a rich housewife, as some seem to expect.
The actress encouraged women to pursue productive endeavors instead of relying on the hope of being supported by a wealthy partner.

“’Work his ass off for money’.
Wetin do your own ass? You don’t want to work? In this economy? It’s like some of you think we’re still living in Bible times.
My good sis, there’s not enough billionaires in the world for all of us to be housewives. You better go and look for work,” she wrote on her X handle.
