Lande criticizes Portable for turning his marital issues into a song.
Nigerian actor Ijoba Lande has criticized street artist Portable for turning his marital struggles into a song.
Lande had previously accused his wife of being unfaithful with his colleagues which sparked some controversy. His wife later admitted to the infidelity and sought forgiveness.
Following the situation, he incorporated Lande’s experience into a didactic song.
In response, Lande called him out. reminding him of the time he cried publicly when another man was involved with one of his wives.
Speaking in Yoruba, Lande said:
“Portable, I see all the nOnsense you are doing. You are using my life story to sing. You will pay for it. When they slept with one of your wives the other time, you were crying all over the Internet”
