Ogun landlord dies in argument with tenant over rent.
An Ogun landlord, Apeh Benjamin, died following a heated argument with his tenant, Emmanuel, over unpaid rent. The argument escalated on Sunday, June 2nd, with reports stating Emmanuel threatened to kill Benjamin. Benjamin collapsed and died around 6:30 am. The cause of death is being investigated by the police.
