Before registering FlexiSAF EduSoft Limited in 2012, the business was operated under FlexiSAF Tech. Solutions Ltd. since 2008.

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in executing core HR functions within a fast-paced edtech environment. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations, particularly within education-focused programs and tech-driven teams.

The intern will assist in coordinating internship programs, managing candidate pipelines, maintaining HR records, and supporting learning and development initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build practical HR skills while contributing to talent development and program delivery in an organization that combines education and technology.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Interest in education, technology, and talent development
