Key Responsibilities
* Handle all client contact, including calls, emails, and messages.
* Provide accurate, real-time updates on the location and status of all client shipments.
* Solve problems like delayed deliveries, missing items, or billing questions.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer issues and communication in our system.
* Help explain our logistics services and pricing clearly to clients.
Requirements
* Minimum of BSc/HND in any related field.
* Minimum 2 years experience in a Customer Service role
* Logistics or Courier work experience is a plus.
* Must have excellent communication skills (both on the phone and in writing).
* Must live in the Kubwa area, be reliable, and ready to work the full schedule.
