Our client is a Nigerian non-governmental development organization seeking a results-driven Assistant Financial Systems Lead to command the administration, optimize complex multi-project structures, and ensure timely, risk-free reporting across our entire regional portfolio.
Requirements:
Strong technical proficiency in QuickBooks administration and management of complex multi-project financial structures.
BSc Accounting, finance, or related field
Advanced financial analysis capabilities to prepare detailed reports and provide insights.
Experience in standardizing reporting and enhancing internal controls across multiple projects.
5–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial systems
📍 Abuja
Salary: 800,000 Monthly gross
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the organization’s financial system and ensure structure and accuracy.
Create clear financial reports and dashboards that show budgets, spending, and burn rates.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow tracking to guide financial decisions.
Ensure financial records and processes meet compliance standards.
Improve finance processes and build skills across regional finance teams to ensure consistent data quality.
