B2C Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced B2C Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in our B2C sales. As a B2C Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with our target consumer base.
- Improving customer experience.
- Driving sales and/or brand loyalty.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that enhance our product reach and resonate with our customers’ needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a B2C-focused role, preferably in FMCG.
- Skills: Strong understanding of consumer behavior and B2C marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2C strategies to drive business to consumers, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Analyze consumer trends and behavior to tailor marketing and product strategies.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless consumer journeys.
