Nollywood Stars Rally Behind Ogogo Amid Severe Cancer Battle

Nollywood actors and actresses have rallied behind veteran Yoruba actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, following an emotional appeal from his daughters for urgent medical assistance as he battles stage four cancer.

Actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo led the call for support, appealing to Nigerians and medical professionals to help the family identify specialists and treatment centres capable of reviewing Ogogo’s condition.

Actress Toyin Abraham also joined the campaign on Tuesday after sharing a video of Ogogo’s daughters on Instagram. She appealed to anyone who could provide assistance to contact the family.

The development followed an emotional appeal by Ogogo’s daughter, Shaki Taiwo, who sought medical help for her father in a video shared on Instagram.
