Nigerian streamer and content creator, Peller, has claimed he turned down an alleged offer from DSTV to broadcast his upcoming wedding to his fiancée, Jarvis.
The couple had previously announced that their wedding is scheduled to hold on August 1, 2026.
Speaking in a video that has since gone viral on social media, Peller said DSTV approached him seeking permission to stream the ceremony but he declined the request.
Explaining his decision, the streamer said he preferred to broadcast the event himself alongside his partner through their own online platforms.
“DSTV wants to stream my marriage. Yes, they want to stream the wedding for us. But guess what, DSTV, we love you. I’m a streamer. I’m big, I know, but please let me stream my wedding. It’s my wedding.
“My wife and I will stream our thing on Twitch, YouTube and TikTok. DSTV, thank you.”
Peller maintained that he and Jarvis would personally livestream their wedding across Twitch, YouTube and TikTok, opting to keep the broadcast under their own control.
