There Is Hope For Nigeria In Peter Obi- Dan Ulasi

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dan Ulasi, on has disclosed that there is hope for Nigerians, especially after having a conversation with with Peter Obi.

Ulasi also disclosed that Peter Obi visited him at his Enugu residence where they had great conversations.

The PDP chieftain revealed this during an interview on Arise TV. He also added that the former labour party presidential candidate visited him four days ago.

He said: “Four days ago, Mr Peter Obi was in my house in Enugu and we were discussing what can he do better than what he is doing presenting. Each time he comes into Enugu he comes to me and I have known him since I was the National Chairman of APGA when he ran for governorship in Anambra State and since then he have been close.

“This year alone he has been to my house four times, Peter Obi has been doing consultations all across this country. Two days ago he was in Enugu to address students of the coal city and from there he came to my house, I called some of my friends and they asked him questions.

“If you listen to Peter Obi talk you will have hope for this country, that somebody has a concept of what he wants to do and how he would do for the overall benefit of our people, so I confirmed that he was in my house and we had a brilliant discussion.”

Backstory

Meanwhile, amid preparations for party primaries, reports have alleged that Peter Obi is making attempts to lobby Rotimi Amaechi to shelve his presidential bid.

Although Atiku Abubakar, Rotimi Amaechi, Mohammed Hayatu- Deen among other ADC candidates have disclosed their intention to run for presidency in 2027.
