Peter Obi, the 2023 Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), held a private meeting with Bala Mohammed, the Governor of Bauchi State.
The meeting was reported to have held on Thursday at the Ramat House in Bauchi State
The Deputy Governor, Mohammed Auwal Jatau, received Peter Obi at the airport at about 10:00 am on Thursday after which they proceeded to the Government House where the private meeting with the Bauchi state governor, Bala Mohammed held behind closed-doors.
The details of the meeting still remain unknown as at the time of this report, however, the news of the said meeting has raised speculations about possible political partnerships.
Following this development, the Bauchi state governor who is the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum, is expected to address the media alongside Obi to provide more further details following the outcome of the meeting
